Official Cass County docket, case-file, court-date, and certification questions belong with the court or clerk holding the matter. This private reference resource cannot access court systems or change a case. The routes below distinguish County Court from District Court.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot obtain a docket, reset a date, file a paper, issue a certified copy, seal a record, or provide legal advice. Direct those requests to the appropriate Cass court clerk.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the state JUSTICE case search for a public case lookup and the Nebraska court calendar for a public date search. A result, image, or calendar row is not a certified court record. For a particular file, identify the court, case number, caption, document title, and date before contacting the clerk.

  • County Court register, traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, probate, small claims, or juvenile question: contact Cass County Court.
  • District criminal, civil, domestic-relations, judgment, or protection-order record: contact the Cass District Court clerk.
  • Public future setting: check the state calendar, then confirm with the clerk if a record conflicts.
  • Specific copy or certification: use the court holding the case and form CC 3:29 where applicable.
  • Transcript or audio: use the separate reporter or county-audio request process.
