Why We Built This Site
Public court access is useful only when a visitor can identify the right court and record type. In Cass County, the County Court handles traffic, misdemeanors, ordinances, probate, juvenile matters, small claims, and lower-value civil cases. The District Court holds general-jurisdiction files, including later felony proceedings and district civil matters. Nebraska JUSTICE supplies a statewide public search layer, while the clerks hold the official case file and certified-copy route.
We organize the official search, calendar, clerk, and records-request paths so a reader can begin with a known case number, a public party name, a citation, or a needed court date. The service does not operate any docket, public terminal, or court file.
